From sign-up to subscription

Start with Tarteeb, knowing every step.

From creating your account to inviting your team and choosing a plan, here's what happens at each step, when you pay, and what your agency gets.

  • Signing up doesn't buy a plan
  • Free trial, no card needed
  • One subscription per workspace

From sign-up to your first task

Start in three steps.

Create your account now
  1. Create your account and workspace

Sign up and name your agency's workspace. Creating an account doesn't buy any plan.

  2. Add your first project

A real project you're working on now: pick its kind and it starts with ready-made tasks you can edit. Or start with an empty workspace.

  3. Invite your team and turn on agents

Set each member's role, and turn on the agents that fit how you work.

How do I create an account for my agency in Tarteeb?

Sign up with your email and a password, or directly with your Google account. If you sign up with email, we send you a confirmation link; once you confirm, you go on to set up your workspace. Creating an account is free, needs no card, and doesn't start any paid subscription.

Your workspace is your agency's home in Tarteeb: your clients, projects, tasks, invoices and team. You start by typing your agency's name, then a real project you're working on now: its name, its client if there is one, and the kind of work; for one of the ready kinds, the project starts with its template's tasks and due dates. You can also skip this and start with an empty workspace. In the last step, you can turn on the recommended agent team in one click if your plan or trial includes it. We don't add sample data to your workspace.

  • Sign up with email or with Google
  • Confirm your email before you sign in
  • Your agency's name comes first
  • Start with a real project or an empty workspace

How does the free trial work?

The trial starts automatically with the first workspace you create, so there's nothing to switch on. During the trial, a paid plan's features and limits are unlocked for a set number of days, so you can try the paid features on your agency's real data. The pricing page shows which plan the trial covers and how long it lasts.

We don't ask for a card for the trial, and nothing is charged automatically when it ends. When it ends, all your records stay saved as they are, and new additions follow the free plan's limits until you decide to subscribe. There's one trial per owner, shared by everyone in the workspace; any other workspace you create after it starts on the free plan.

  • Starts automatically with your first workspace
  • No card, no automatic charge
  • Your data stays after the trial ends
  • One trial per owner
03

What exactly am I buying when I subscribe?

A Tarteeb subscription covers the whole workspace, not each member. One plan and one invoice for the workspace, setting limits like the number of members and clients, with features available according to your plan. If you have a second agency, it gets its own workspace and subscription.

Plans differ in limits and extra features; the core role permissions are on every plan. Compare plans to see what fits your team's size before you pay.

  • One subscription per workspace
  • No per-member fees
  • Limits and features vary by plan
  • A free plan, no subscription needed
04

How do I pay for my subscription? mada, Visa and Mastercard

On the Subscription page inside your workspace, you pick a plan, switch between monthly and yearly billing, then subscribe. You pay with a mada, Visa or Mastercard card with your bank's secure verification, and Tarteeb confirms the payment went through before activating the plan.

If you subscribe during the trial, you don't lose its days, because your paid period starts after it ends. Upgrades take effect immediately and you get credit for the unused part of your current period, while moving to a lower plan happens at the end of the period. You can turn off auto-renew anytime, and your plan stays until the end of the period.

  • Monthly or yearly billing
  • mada, Visa and Mastercard
  • Instant upgrades, with credit for unused time
  • Cancel renewal anytime
  • Your payment history on the Subscription page
05

How do I invite my team and set their permissions?

Once your workspace is set up, you invite team members by email and give each one a role: Admin, Member or Viewer. Roles are on every plan, and the member count, including the owner and pending invitations, counts toward your plan's limit.

Only Admins see card and payment details; Members and Viewers see the current plan and usage without any payment information. That way everyone on the team knows where the work stands and what's next.

  • Invite by email
  • Three roles: Admin, Member and Viewer
  • Payment details visible to Admins only

What are you buying?

What you get before you pay

A free account, and your first workspace starts with a free trial of a paid plan, with no card, then carries on with the free plan unless you subscribe. When you decide, you subscribe from inside the workspace to one plan that covers your whole team, monthly or yearly. Compare plans to see the limits, the features and how long the trial lasts.

Does a subscription or trial start as soon as I sign up?

A subscription starts only when you choose a plan and pay for it; creating an account doesn't buy any plan. The free trial, though, starts automatically with the first workspace you create, with no card and no charge when it ends.

Do I need a card for the free trial?

No. The trial needs no card and has no automatic charge. When it ends, your data stays saved and new additions follow the free plan's limits.

Do I pay for each team member?

No. The subscription covers the whole workspace, and your plan's limit sets how many members you can have.

Which payment methods can I use?

You pay with a mada, Visa or Mastercard card from the Subscription page in your workspace, with your bank's secure verification.

Can I cancel renewal?

Yes, from the Subscription page at any time, and your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.

Plenty of ideas. Keep your work in order.
