Templates that know your agency's work
from day one.

When you create your workspace, your first project starts with the tasks of its kind's template. Whenever you start a new project, pick its template: tasks with due dates and priorities that you adjust to fit your work.

Templates suggested for your type of agency

Your agency type follows the kind of work you choose for your first project, and you can change it any time in the template settings, where Tarteeb suggests the project templates that fit your work. A marketing agency gets templates for campaigns, content and account management; a creative studio gets brand identities, video and photography; a digital agency gets websites, online stores and monthly support. Every template still stays available whenever you create a project.

If you'd rather start from scratch, skip the first project when you set up your workspace to start with a blank workspace, and add your clients and projects yourself, with no sample data.

  • Marketing agency: campaigns, content and social media management
  • Creative studio: brand identities, content and video production
  • Digital agency: websites, plus ongoing support and maintenance
  • Consulting and PR: consulting projects, PR and events
  • General agency: every template, with no particular suggestions
  • Blank workspace: invoice settings only

What's in a project template?

Every project template is a ready-made work plan: a task list with clear Arabic titles, each task with a due date counted in days from the project's start date, and a High, Medium or Low priority. The template also suggests a project length that sets the delivery date if you don't set one yourself.

Each template opens its tasks in the view that suits the work best: Calendar for monthly account management and ads, Timeline for campaigns and websites, Board for brand identities and content production, and Table for monthly support. You see where things stand and what's next at a glance.

  • Ordered tasks with due dates relative to the start date
  • A priority for every task
  • A suggested length that sets the delivery date
  • A default view out of 4: Table, Board, Calendar, Timeline

Examples of Tarteeb's project templates

Take the “Social media management (monthly)” template: it starts with a monthly kickoff meeting with the client, then the monthly content plan and its approval, post design in two batches, scheduling posts and replying to messages, and ends with a performance report at the end of the month. All these tasks are added for you automatically when you create the project from the template.

In the same way, you'll find templates for the other kinds of work that come up again and again at Saudi agencies, from campaigns to online stores to events.

  • Marketing campaign launch and paid ads management
  • Brand identity, video production, and product photography and shoots
  • Website build and online store launch
  • Support and maintenance (monthly)
  • Consulting engagement, PR campaign and event management
  • Influencer campaign, presentation and annual report

How are templates applied at sign-up and when you start a project?

When you create your workspace, you add a real project you're working on now and choose its kind of work: it's created with its client, if you typed one, and with that kind's template tasks and their due dates, and Tarteeb sets the matching agency type and your default invoice settings. We don't add sample data to your workspace.

After that, whenever you create a new project for a client, you pick the template in the new project window, and its tasks are added automatically with their due dates.

  • Your first project starts with its template's tasks
  • No sample data and no extra projects
  • Pick the template in the “New project” window

Flexible templates you can change freely

A template is a starting point, not a constraint. After creating the project, you can edit or delete any task or add new ones, and change the assignee, due date and priority to match your agreement with the client.

In the template settings, anyone who can manage the workspace can change the agency type without it adding any projects or clients; your work and your invoices stay as they are.

  • Edit tasks after the project is created
  • Change the agency type in settings
  • Every template is available for any project

What are you buying?

What do you get with templates?

Templates are part of Tarteeb itself: your first project starts from one when you create your workspace, and so can every project after it. What's included depends on your plan, so compare plans to find the best fit for your team.

FAQ

Questions about “Ready templates for your agency”

Don't see your question? Browse all questions.

Can I change a template's tasks after creating the project?

Yes. The tasks a template adds are regular tasks in your project; edit them, delete them or add more as you like.

Am I limited to my agency type's templates?

No. Your agency type suggests the templates that suit you best, and every template is available whenever you create a project.

How are task due dates in a template calculated?

Each task has a number of days from the project's start date, so the due dates spread out automatically from the date you choose.

Does Tarteeb add sample data to my workspace?

No. You start with a real project you're working on, or with a blank workspace, and we don't add sample clients or projects.

Can I change my agency type later?

Yes. In the template settings, anyone who can manage the workspace can change the agency type and apply its default invoice settings, without adding new projects or clients.

Plenty of ideas. Keep your work in order.
