Every task has an owner and a due date.
Assign the task to a member, set its priority and due date, and follow it from “To do” to “Done” in a table or on a board.
Why Tarteeb?
Tarteeb links your team's tasks to their projects, clients and invoices, so you know who's working on what, what's overdue, and what's next.
Assign the task to a member, set its priority and due date, and follow it from “To do” to “Done” in a table or on a board.
What's overdue and due today or tomorrow is clear to every member, and the Deadline Guardian gathers it into one tidy notice.
Every completed task moves its project's progress, and the project's invoices are linked to it, so you know where things stand and how much is left.
In most agencies, information is scattered across a spreadsheet for clients, a group chat for tasks and a separate file for invoices. In Tarteeb, everything starts with the client: you add their project, break it into tasks, then create an invoice linked to that same client and project, and record the payment when it arrives so the outstanding balance updates.
This linking means that when you open a client's record, you see their projects and invoices together, and when you open a project, you see its tasks and progress. There's no need to match up scattered files to know what's done and what hasn't been collected yet.
A task in Tarteeb is more than a line in a list. It has a clear assignee, a due date, a priority, and a status that moves from “To do” to “In progress” and then “Done”. A project's progress is calculated from its completed tasks every time you open it.
And because every team works its own way, the same tasks can be shown as a table, a board, a calendar or a timeline. In “My work”, each member finds the tasks assigned to them.
The Home page gathers what needs your attention, so you can start your day from there. You also get notifications about what concerns you, such as a task assigned to you or a mention in a comment.
You can also turn on the “Deadline Guardian” agent to gather each member's tasks due today, due tomorrow and overdue into one tidy alert instead of scattered ones. Which agents are available depends on your plan, and you choose whether every suggestion waits for an admin's approval or safe steps are applied on their own.
Spreadsheets are flexible, but they don't remind you of a due date, and they don't know that a task belongs to a project for a client with an invoice due. General task management tools track work well, but they stop short of invoicing and collection, and they're often English-only.
Tarteeb was designed for how an agency works: multiple clients, parallel projects, a team that needs to know its tasks, and an owner who wants to know what's been collected. The interface is Arabic and right-to-left (an English interface is also available), dates are Gregorian with Arabic month names, amounts are in riyals, and invoices are Arabic PDFs in your agency's name.
For any service agency that manages several clients and projects, whether you're starting solo or with a team. When you create your workspace, you start with a real project you're working on, with tasks from a template that fits its kind of work, or with a blank workspace.
