Terms of Use

العربية

Last updated: 3 October 2026

These terms govern the use of the Tarteeb website and app for running service agencies. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

This is an English translation of the Arabic terms, provided for convenience. If the two versions differ, the Arabic version prevails.

Your account and workspace

Provide accurate details when you create an account, protect your sign-in methods, and use your account within the permissions you were given. A workspace admin is responsible for inviting members, setting their roles and reviewing their access. Each user can see and do only what their permissions in the workspace allow.

Your data and work content

You, or the entity that owns the workspace, keep the rights to the content you enter, including records, notes, files, quotes and invoices. You grant Tarteeb the permission needed to host, process, display and send this content, as authorized users direct, in order to provide the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the content and for the lawfulness of entering it and sharing it with workspace members and recipients.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, to send unsolicited messages, to infringe the rights of others, to access data or accounts without authorization, or to disrupt the service or get around its security limits. Access may be restricted where there is misuse, a security threat or a legal obligation, to the extent needed to deal with it.

Quotes, invoices and payments

The service helps you prepare quotes, invoices and PDF documents, keep their copies and sending history, and create monthly retainer invoices on their dates, and send them where you choose, according to your settings. You are responsible for reviewing the figures, tax, wording and recipients before issuing or sending, or in advance in a retainer's terms and recipients where you choose automatic sending, and for any legal requirements that apply to your business. An email delivery status is not proof that the recipient has read or accepted it, and Tarteeb quotes do not create an electronic signature; when your client approves a quote through its link, Tarteeb keeps the typed name, the time and the quote version as a record of that typed approval, without verifying the client's identity. Tarteeb does not process payments or confirm that they were received; payment details in it are entries made by users.

Google services, when used

You can sign in with Google, and you can connect Google Calendar and a Gmail inbox when they are available on your plan, after Google approves them. Your use of Google services is also subject to Google's terms and policies, and our Privacy Policy explains the data used for each connection.

Google Calendar: each user connects their own account and chooses a calendar to sync for each workspace. Tarteeb adds to that calendar the workspace dates you are allowed to see, updates and removes them, and shows you that calendar's events inside Tarteeb. Anyone who can see that calendar in Google can see these copies, so do not choose a calendar shared with people who should not see the workspace's dates, such as clients or outside parties.

Gmail inbox: connecting the agency's mailbox is the workspace admin's decision, and it lets current and future admins and members read its Inbox and reply from it in its name. Whoever connects the mailbox must have the right to grant this access and must review the warning shown before connecting; the workspace is responsible for the replies sent from it.

You can disconnect either connection in the app at any time, or revoke Tarteeb's access in your Google Account. We may suspend or end a Google connection, temporarily or permanently, where Google's requirements, security or the law call for it. We do not control the availability of Google's services or changes to their interfaces, which may interrupt or delay a connection.

Availability and changes

We may update features or discontinue some of them for operational or security reasons. We aim to provide the service reliably, but it may be interrupted temporarily by maintenance, third-party services or circumstances beyond our control. We will publish any change to these terms here with its date; continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept it, unless the law requires otherwise.

Liability and governing law

The service is provided within the limits of the laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Tarteeb's tools do not replace accounting, tax or legal advice, and do not guarantee business results or the collection of payments. These terms do not exclude any right or liability that cannot be excluded by law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
