Updates reach the right people.
Assign a task or mention a teammate in a comment, and they get a notification on the notifications bell, without side messages.
Most agencies split their work across spreadsheets, chats and scattered files, so the link between task, client and invoice gets lost. In Tarteeb, everything starts with the client: open their record to find their projects and tasks, quotes, invoices and related files.
With everything linked, you move from a sales opportunity to a quote, from an accepted quote to a project, and from the project to an invoice without re-entering data, and the whole team works from the same information.
Tasks in Tarteeb can be viewed in several ways: a tidy table for details, a board with columns for moving tasks between statuses, a timeline that shows durations and overlaps, and a calendar for seeing due dates. Each member opens “My work” to see what's expected of them.
You can mention a teammate in a comment so they get a notification, and follow the team's activity from one log instead of asking in every chat.
Prepare a quote for the client, and once it's accepted, turn it into a project and then issue its invoices. Invoices are issued as Arabic PDFs with your agency's logo and details, amounts in riyals and dates with Arabic month names.
For monthly contracts there are recurring invoices, created on schedule, and you can record expenses and link them to a project to know its cost. The finance overview shows what's due and overdue for each client.
Upload client and project files and keep them where they belong, and write the team's internal docs right in the platform. Create public forms that take requests from prospective clients and land straight in your workspace.
With automations and AI agents, like “Project Kickoff Planner”, which suggests a first task plan, there's less repetitive work. Some of these tools depend on your plan.
Tarteeb isn't a translation of foreign software: the Arabic interface runs right to left, numbers are clear, dates are Gregorian with Arabic month names, and amounts are in riyals.
Each member of the workspace has a role: Admins manage the team, finances and settings; Members work on tasks and projects; Viewers can look without editing. Every request's permissions are checked on the server, not just in the interface.
What are you buying?
A workspace for your agency that holds your team, clients, projects and money. The core tools for work and money are available, while some tools, such as automations and AI agents, as well as member limits, depend on your plan. Compare plans to choose what fits your team's size.
